MEP Coordination & Management
GRN Building Solutions provide consulting and managing services for both 2D and 3D MEP Coordination during construction. By using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced industry knowledge, GRN supports their clients on identifying and proposing solutions for construction issues prior of they being detected in the field. GRN Services include Coordination Execution Guidelines, Coordination Management, Clash Detection and Technical Reports from Kick off to Coordination Sign-offs.
MEP Commissioning
Commissioning is the final step to connect design to operation. GRN Commissioning team ensure that the project expectation is met during the installation and operation of these systems. GRN Commissioning develops and execute commissioning plans, as well as providing technical reports, and problem's resolution recommendations
Special Inspection Testing
The Path to Success of any inspection is coordination and repetition. By pre-testing systems prior to be inspected the success rates increase significantly.
As part as GRN's services, we do offer coordination, pre-test plans and supervision for major inspections such as Fire Department Inspections, Electrical Inspections, Fire Protection Static and Dynamic Inspections and Etc.
